Description:
The Database will provide a baseline for the outgoing API calls which will be provided to the frontend

User Story:
As a Developer of the Frontend of PeerGrade I want to be able to be able to make REST based API calls to the backend and gain back or modify values.

Creation of multiple endpoints for connecting the database with the Database
